  • 2000 - Perceived Quality Of Life and Consumer Behavior of a Group of Bank Managers
  • 2003 - Have worked as a Research Associate/Resource Person with Vivekananda Nidhi, under a project entitled “Value Education For Adolescents” sponsored by NCERT.
  • 2004 - A survey work with the Steel Authority of India Limited (Growth Division) on the organizational dynamics of its various departments like Project and Engineering, Finance and Accounts, MIS, Personnel and Administration. The project included the assessment of individual and group competence in the areas of team Work, leadership, empowerment, customer orientation.
  • 2004 - 2005 Conducted organizational climate and employee satisfaction poll at Secure Meters Limited; Gurgaon, Solan (Himachal Pradesh), and Kolkata. Interviewed more than 400 people in the various units of the company and administered the entire survey. Analyzed the data and prepared the complete report of the project in verbal and graphical form. (Under RCG Management Consulting)
  • 2004 – 2006 - Have worked with the Department of Applied Psychology, University of Calcutta as Social Scientist on a Multicentric National Level Task Force Project entitled: ‘A Study on Reproductive and Sexual Health Education for Adolescents’ sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi.
