At last, after going through four rounds of interview process, I’m happy that I’ve got the privilege to be called as an Airtel employee. I was offered with a sales profile designated as "Territory Manager-Sales" which perfectly suits my profile. One thing that I realized after attending the final interview is that confidence is the major factor that one should have while presenting themselves before an interviewer. At this juncture, I'd like to thank all the faculty members, student friends last but not least my family who really helped me in getting placed in Airtel.
I am happy to say that I have been selected by ZOHO for the post of "Marketing analyst". The interview process for ZOHO is not the usual fare which you see in 90% of the companies. The first round had 50 grammar questions and a few creative writing questions. The next round was HR interviews. There were two panels and each candidate selected had to attend both the panels. One panel was to test you about your domain knowledge (Marketing) and the other was all about you. The interviews lasted an hour each.

TCS was the second company I sat for placements after ZOHO. TCS arranged a pre-placement talk which clearly stated an individual’s growth path in TCS. It was a good experience to attend the TCS personal interview which started for me with a question “Tell about yourself in 15 seconds”. My personal interview panel made me feel at ease and answer confidently. I thank Almighty, my parents, my teachers, my friends and well -wishers for their constant support.

TSM has a dedicated set of faculties who train us for the placements. The guest lectures, industrial visits and the three month internship makes placements a cake walk. We are given continuous exposure by various guest speakers from the corporates, making us feel the real pressure of corporate world. TSM provides the right platform to prune our skills and put forth the right attitude to get the right job for the right skill set. It gives me immense pleasure to be a part of the HR fraternity of Tata Consultancy services. I would like to thank my faculty members and our director Gautam Ghosh for providing me an opportunity to study in this serene campus.
Getting into Tata Consultancy Services was like a dream come true. The whole interview process was very challenging and it consisted of five rounds. Written round, Case presentation, group activity and two rounds of personal interview. I would say the interactions with faculty members, the case presentations during classes, getting involved in lots of activities gave me the confidence and winning edge to crack the TCS interview process. CCD is a place which gives relaxation and comfort to everybody but in my case it is different CCD gave me job offer. There are two rounds Group discussion and Personal interview both tested the attitude rather than anything else. Airtel is the only company which gave 3day training program before the campus interview. The candidates were shortlisted based on the report from their field study on telecom industry. Interview process consists of GD, aptitude test and 2 personal interviews. Questions were based on the field study, internship work and some marketing concepts.

I am delighted to get placed in City Union Bank. The interview process was too technical. They asked questions regarding banking operation and current affairs. It went only for 10 minutes. Completion of Diploma in Banking and Finance gave me an edge over others. Overall it was a nice experience.
Competition was mind boggling during the final round. Yet I made it with the confidence and knowledge gained through TSM. I thank my faculty members, family and friends for their support.

The Talent Acquisition process of TCS consisted of Aptitude and Personal interview. Aptitude test was purely tested for our mathematical ability and reasoning skills. In interview, the first question was unusual like "Tell us something about you, which is not in your resume” And they asked so many technical questions related to banking and finance .Consistently I tried to show them the zeal I've, to be a part of TATA family.

It was really thrilling because they said next round would be Personal Interview. Surprisingly we all ended up in another Group Discussion and finally we had 4 rounds of Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview. At last I’m selected as a part of Essilor Team. Happiee !!
I got selected in my dream company ITC. There were two technical rounds and one HR round. I really enjoyed those processes because it was very challenging. I thank my college for providing me this opportunity and all the faculty members who have always provided me guidance. ITC has a great culture and is growing day by day.

One thing that I realized after attending the final interview is the importance of the Summer Internship Program which was the major concern in Vodafone. Naukri was the company where I got through all the rounds successfully. The recruitment process gave me a different experience where I took each round at different cities such as Madurai then Trichy and finally Chennai which were unique in its own way. Here today I stand as a part of Naukri family but the road to it was not that easy. At this moment, I express my sincere gratitude to the Almighty, my parent, Faculty and friends for their support and encouragement.
