What we do 

Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM) was established way back in 1962 as a focused institution for management education. A pioneer in the field in the Southern States, particularly in Tamilnadu, TSM offers high quality programmes preparing young men and women for professional careers in management and information technology. TSM’s well-regarded PGDM and MBA programmes have sought, through active curriculum management, to ensure that fresh TSMites are well prepared with the required constellation of technical, analytical and soft skills to emerge as self-starters in their new career roles. A highly committed group of faculty has working ceaselessly with our graduates - both inside and outside the class, the latter through a mentor system - to help them evolve as rounded professionals. We also believe that TSM’s own strong ethical foundations and its constant emphasis on nurturing robust value system in its academic programmes would have imparted in TSM graduates a deeper sense of values and social commitment and responsibility.

As an institution involved in the early stages of industry’s talent management value chain, we at TSM seek to work even more closely with the various organizations with which we develop partnerships in the domain of talent discovery and acquisition.
