We Care Club
“We rise by lifting others”
TSM creates not just a successful manager, but a great one by instilling the thought of giving back to the society – a reservoir of resources – through We Care Club. “We Care” Club is the Academic Social Responsibility club of TSM, which initiation was seeded by the MBA 2010-12 batch students, who attended the Rural Immersion Programme (RIP) in tie up with the Tata Dhan Academy and decided to continue servicing the people through an academic club of the college. With the aim of bringing the change in the society, the TSMites get into the field through “We Care”, rather than waiting for the change to happen.

Volunteering works of “We Care”:
The academic portions were recorded and the headphones were provided to the students in Indian Association for the Blind, where the visually challenged children are supported with food,shelter and education.It was undertaken immediately after the inauguration of the Club.
The blood camp “Genesis” is conducted every year in the start of the academic year, through which more than 70 units are collected.
Both monetary and non monetary items, needed for survival during floods, are collected and sent to the appropriate Government during natural calamities. The recent contribution was for the Kerala floods.
The students of “We Care” Club visit the orphanage every year with the gifts and toys for the children and share their affection and love with them.
The scribe work is also undertaken by the club members.
TSM Rural Development Immersion Programme 2020
TSM Madurai recently kickstarted its Flagship Rural Development and Immersion Programme for First year MBA and PGDM students in collaboration with the Prestigious Dhan Academy. Students will gain granular insights about the Rural livelihood, economy, opportunities and rural startups through intensive field studies.
