Dr. G. Sathish is an active researcher specializing in the OB & HR domain. Dr. G. Sathish holds a PhD from Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. His dissertation title is “Career adaptability and cross-cultural adjustment: a study on Indian self-initiated expatriates”. Before pursuing his doctoral program, he worked as an HR in industrial sectors (such as Steel Strips Wheels India Ltd., Eveready Industries India Ltd., and MAS Linea Fashions India (P) Ltd.) for 04 years and 09 months. He has cleared UGC-NET (JRF) in HRM and TNSET (Management).

His research interests rest mainly in the study of Career adaptability, Cross-cultural management, Cultural intelligence, and Expatriate intention. He has published his scholarly work in an international journal (Journal of Global Mobility: The Home of Expatriate Management Research), and he has presented his research work at various research conferences.
