Thiagarajar School of Management conducted a five-dayManagement Development Programme (MDP) on “Interpersonal Effectiveness” in July 2024 for the employees of Hi-Tech Arai Pvt. Ltd.
The program focused on enhancing critical skills such as communication, collaboration, and relationship-building to improve workplace interactions and team dynamics. Over the course of five days, participants gained practical insights and strategies to foster stronger professional relationships and drive organizational success.
We also conducted the valedictory ceremony for the training program, where Dr. K. Durairaj, HRD of Hi-Tech Arai, emphasized the importance of this initiative. The event was graced by Mr. P. Shanmuga Sundaram, Senior Manager at Hi-Tech Arai, who acknowledged the commitment shown by the employees throughout the program.
