Dr. Haritha P. H. is a distinguished academician with extensive expertise in finance. She holds a post-doctorate in finance from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, and a PhD in management from NIT Surathkal, Karnataka. She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Calicut University, Kerala, and successfully qualified for the UGC’s National Eligibility Test (NET) for Assistant Professorship in Management. Additionally, she has also handled sessions on financial institutions and markets, financial management, and engineering economics at NIT Surathkal.
Dr. Haritha served as a faculty member at the Central University of Kerala, with over three and a half years of experience teaching postgraduate management students. During this time, she held key positions such as NAAC coordinator, IQAC representative, alumni program coordinator, and placement in-charge. She also organized several research seminars to support and engage the research community.
Her research interests span areas such as currency markets, asset pricing, behavioral finance, fintech and financial markets. Dr. Haritha’s scholarly work has been featured in renowned ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals, including Financial Innovation, Management Research Review, Journal of Advances in Management Research, and Information and Computer Security.
