Dr. Janaki Bojiah has more than a decade of experience from institutes of repute including Kingdom University and Gulf University in Bahrain where her involvement in Higher Education Council (HEC) accreditation and National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Mapping encapsulate her immense understanding of structured writing and clarity in documentation. To add to this, she does things at a great speed but paying attention to even the minute details. With her dynamic personality, inquisitive learning attitude, and remarkable interpersonal skills, she continues to play an instrumental role in every venture she embarks on with her peers. She has numerous publications in the peer-reviewed journals that are Scopus-indexed to showcase her passion for research not just in her domain but also in other areas including education and technology. She has been influential in making her peers get interested in research writing as well. She is a perfectionist and possesses a critical eye with respect to quality assurance which makes her a wise critic in all the academic activities, especially editing and reviewing.
Having obtained her PhD in English from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, she has diversified work experience acquired from handling students of Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Assam, and Bahrain at the under-graduate as well as post-graduate levels. Being a Fellow of HE Academy, UK, she applies andragogical techniques in the classes which have commanded significant student engagement resulting in better knowledge transfer and skills acquisition. She has an aura through which she spreads positive energy and manages all types of students tactfully. Her style of infusing research studies into her instructional materials makes her teaching more interesting and informative. Her care and concern for the holistic development of the students extend to shaping them into better professionals with human values.
