Dr. Nalini earned her PhD from Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry, and initially served as an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur. She was recognized as the Best Outgoing Student in her postgraduate class at Sarah Tucker College, Palayamkottai. Dr. Nalini has also been serving as a Resource Person for the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM). Dedicated to continuous learning, she has acquired extensive expertise in various statistical software packages like SPSS, AMOS, EViews, etc.
