Dr. Packiaraj Thangavel is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Marketing & Strategy at Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai, Tamilnadu. He believes in and practices the thought of Charlie Chaplin i.e., “You need power, only when you want to do something harmful, otherwise love is enough to get everything done.”
Thangavel holds a PhD in Marketing Management from Department of Management Studies & Industrial Engineering (DMSIE), Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad, India. Prior to PhD, he was associated with Indian Institute of Management Calcutta as a Teaching Associate and DC School of Management and Technology Vagamon, Kerala as a Lecturer. Dr. Thangavel’s research works have been published in journals of repute which include Benchmarking: An International Journal, Global Business Review, and Vision: The Journal of Business Perspective. He has also contributed a book chapter which was published by Routledge, Taylor & Francis publisher. Thangavel is passionate about scaling up the Startups and MSM Enterprises.
