Dr. Nancyprabha is a passionate researcher working as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai. With a PhD in Marketing from the National Institute of Technology – Tiruchirappalli, she has numerous research publications to her credit. Being experienced, engaged in research, creative minded, she is proficient in developing pedagogies and andragogies to assure a vivid and an effective learning experience to the students.
Dr. Nancyprabha’s research interests include customer experience, mobile banking, emerging marketing practices, and systematic literature review techniques. She is actively involved in research projects that aim to improve our understanding of these topics and their implications for marketing strategies. She continues to upskill herself by attending Faculty Development Programmes organized by renowned institutions like IIM-Raipur, NIT- Kozhikode. Additionally, she is involved in various administrative responsibilities including coordinating the Summer Internship Programme and serving as the faculty coordinator of the Chandhai-Student Marketing Club.
