Mrs. Nancyprabha graduated from Karunya University with a bachelor’s in computer science engineering and from Thiagarajar School of Management with a master’s in business administration. She has submitted her Ph.D. thesis on “Examining the determinants of Customer experience with Mobile Financial Services Applications” at National Institute of Technology- Tiruchirappalli (NIT-T). She also cleared the UGC-NET exam.

Nancyprabha is a passionate researcher who has published articles listed in Scopus indexed, ABDC rank journals, and Q1 journals. Her research interests include digital platforms, computer-human interaction, and customer experience. She also exhibits a keen interest in investigating different research methodologies and tools. At NIT-Trichy, she delivered lectures on PLS-SEM and bibliometric analysis using Vos Viewer and R-Biblioshiny.

She also worked for City Union Bank Ltd. for almost two years before obtaining her Ph.D.
