Nancyprabha is a passionate researcher who is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai. With a PhD in Marketing from the National Institute of Technology – Tiruchirappalli, she is dedicated to creating an engaging and effective learning environment for her students.

Dr. Nancyprabha’s research interests include customer experience, mobile banking, and emerging marketing practices. She is actively involved in research projects that aim to improve our understanding of these topics and their implications for marketing strategies.

Outside of her academic work, Dr. Nancyprabha is involved in various administrative responsibilities, including coordinating the Summer Internship Programme and serving as the faculty coordinator of the Chandhai-Student Marketing Club.
