Prof. Arunkumar is a Chartered Accountant cum Company Secretary with industrial experience in accounting, treasury, and taxation for more than 8 years. He has been handling subjects like financial accounting, cost accounting, and taxation for more than 13 years. During his academic career, he has taken the classes on various topics of the above subjects both at under-graduate level and post-graduate level. Currently, he handles the classes for management graduates on the topics of cost consciousness, financial decision-making, analysis of financial statements, and working capital management.

In addition to the above regular academic activities, he frequently visits other colleges and industrial forums for guest lectures on the topic of accounting and financial management for SMEs. Besides, he delivers lectures for corporate executives on various topics related to the area of financial management and financial accounting. His research area of interest is financial reporting quality and corporate governance.
