Dr. Ved Srinivas is an Assistant Professor currently working with Thiagarajar School of Management located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. He heads the Department of General Management in his institution. He has more than 10 years of experience in academia and the industry. An alumnus of the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Indore, he focuses on Psychology, Communication, Public Policy, and General Management. He also appeared in the Interview for the IAS conducted by UPSC in New Delhi in 2008. He is a Geography graduate from SBSE College, University of Delhi where he was adjudged the “Best Student of the Year” for two years. He completed his MBA from Symbiosis International University, Pune. He successfully cleared the NET exam and is certified by the UGC in Management. His keen interest in policymaking led him to establish a ‘Mini-Parliament’ – an innovative pedagogical tool to train students in policymaking. He also holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from AU and is tremendously interested in Global Businesses, Politics, Geopolitics and Global Institutions, and continues to upgrade his knowledge in these fields relentlessly, and has succeeded in piquing the interest of his students in these subjects as well. A brilliant student himself, he is dedicated to helping his students achieve their maximum potential and gain a holistic knowledge of Management and Business. He has completed his M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from AU. He has done his Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in the area of HR/OB. He has published various research articles in Scopus, Web Of Science, ABDC, and UGC Care Journals and has presented numerous papers at national and International Conferences.
