Mr. Vikash Sharma holds a doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM-M, NITIE-Mumbai), India, with a specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His dissertation focused on integrating supply chain strategies with Industry 4.0 technologies. His research has been published in previewed journals such as Production Planning and Control, Business Strategy and the Environment, and the Journal of Environmental Management. Additionally, he has presented his work at various conferences, including ORSI, POMS, and IAMOT. He earned a Master’s degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh (PEC-Chandigarh), India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India.
His research interests lie in operations and supply chain management, particularly in the application of quantitative techniques for designing and optimizing supply chain networks, as well as humanitarian logistics and supply chain management.
