TSM’s Growth Mastery Programme is a 3-month blended learning initiative aimed at accelerating the capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This outcome-driven programme is tailored for MSME owners and managers seeking to strengthen business foundations, scale operations, and lead confidently in a dynamic business environment.
Through expert-led sessions, strategic mentorship, and experiential learning, participants gain valuable insights on risk mitigation, strategy alignment, digital transformation, and financial resilience. The programme also connects MSMEs with TSM’s knowledge network and support resources to enable sustained success.
A pioneering cohort of 15 entrepreneurs joined on July 19, 2025, bringing together diverse profiles from schools and construction firms to hospitals and service businesses representing a wide spectrum of age groups and aspirations.
Learning and Application in Real Time: Sessions are designed so that every concept links back to the participant’s own business, enabling hands-on experimentation and measurable outcomes.
Comprehensive Business Coverage: The curriculum spans almost every function of an enterprise ranging from strategy, finance, marketing, HR, operations, technology, compliance, and leadership; making it a true “all-rounder” for MSME growth.
Industrial Practitioners as Co-Facilitators: Each module is enriched by seasoned practitioners who share ground-level insights, case studies, and best practices.
Clinic Presentations: Entrepreneurs present live business challenges in small “clinics,” brainstorming solutions with faculty and peers for actionable takeaways.
