In recent years, research in the Management and Social sciences has accessed substantial number of articles from databases like Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Web of Science. As a result, advanced quantitative methodologies and software tools are being employed to conduct a literature review more effectively. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Bibliometric Analysis (BA) are promising methodologies that uses the literature data and deliver useful insights in a pragmatic way, which is why the number of SLR and bibliometric studies published annually is increasing (Donthu et al., 2021). Keeping in mind the increasing need in academics, this workshop has been designed to help participants develop competencies and gain exposure to both SLR and BA. As a result, this workshop aims to provide an understanding of the fundamentals of research and analytical skills to conceptualize the problem statement and understanding of the research outputs.
