Dr. Aparna SM holds a PhD in OB & HR from Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE) from Vishweshwariah Technological University, Belgaum and an MBA from Bangalore University, India. She is a university-level third-rank holder in MBA.
Her research interests include High-Performance work practices, Leadership, Resilience. Her doctoral research explores the effectiveness of different High-performance work practices in enhancing the academic performance (Education performance & Research output). Her scholarly works have been published in international journals and presented research papers at international conferences.
