Dr. Manju Jayakumar has a PhD in Management from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, an MBA in Finance and BE in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. Being an experienced academic professional, she worked over a decade across various colleges in Bangalore and Chennai. With an outstanding academic record throughout, she managed to attain 16th rank in university during her MBA. Dr. Manju’s research interests include banking, investment, insurance, and venture capital. She uses both empirical and analytical methods in her research including data envelopment analysis, multiple regression, time series, panel data, and optimization. She has numerous research articles to her credit in refereed international journals that are Scopus-indexed and ABDC ranked such as Advances in Analytics and Applications, Journal of Economics and Business, and IIMB Management Review. She has presented papers in several national and international conferences including Global Finance Conference (GFC) New York chapter-2017 funded by SERB Women Excellence Research Grant (DST-India),
She has coordinated various academic activities including FDPs & MDPs such as MDP for Reserve Bank of India Middle Level Managers and Multi-variate Data Analysis @ IIT- Kharagpur in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
