    Biography

    Dr. Nataraj brings over 14 years of extensive experience in teaching, research, and industry. He currently serves as the Chairperson for Management Development Programs at Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), where he oversees the strategic direction and implementation of professional development initiatives. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Chairperson for the highly regarded one-year weekend program, “Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science and Business Analytics,” further solidifying his commitment to advancing education and expertise in the field.

    As a distinguished scholar, Dr. Nataraj has carved a niche for himself in the realms of business analytics, data science, and management research. His expertise extends beyond the confines of traditional academia, as he is also recognized as a proficient educator and professional trainer, well-versed in numerous software programming languages and applications like Python, R, SPSS, SmartPlS, AMOS etc.,

    Dr. Nataraj’s academic journey has been marked by notable contributions to various fields of research, including Relationship Quality, Customer Relationship Management, Predictive Analytics, and Sustainability. With numerous published articles in reputed journals and a commendable record of speaking engagements at conferences nationwide, he demonstrates a dynamic and prolific researcher.

    At TSM, Dr. Nataraj serves as a beacon of knowledge, imparting wisdom in courses such as Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Advanced Marketing Analytics, and Customer Relationship Management.

    Moreover, his impact transcends the classroom, as evidenced by his role as a resource person for esteemed organizations like Accenture India Ltd. and Neyveli Lignite Corporation, SPIC Hi-Tech Arai etc., where he has conducted Management Development programs on topics ranging from Thought Leadership and Innovation to Business Intelligence.

    Dr. Nataraj’s academic contributions extend beyond his own research endeavors, as he generously lends his expertise as a reviewer for prestigious journals such as Marketing Intelligence Planning (MIP) and the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (JRCS), Technology Forecasting and Social Change.
