Biography

Dr. Prince R holds a PhD in OB & HR from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE) from Anna University, Chennai and an MBA from National Institute of Technology Trichy, India. Prior to joining the PhD program, Prince was working with major MNCs in the Information Technology sector serving North-American clients for over 6 years where he gained exposure to software development, business analysis and presales.

His research and teaching interests are in the area of leadership, positive psychology and proactive behaviours within the broad organizational behaviour context. His doctoral research explores the different individual and organizational drivers as well as the outcomes of ‘Voice Behaviour’ with special focus on Indian IT employees. He is a recipient of the University Grants Commission’s Junior & Senior Research Fellowship.
