To create awareness among students about government-supported startup opportunities, funding schemes, and structured mentoring support available through StartupTN.

Key Outcomes & Achievements
Participants gained awareness of government funding opportunities such as TANSEED, mentoring support through MentorTN, and direct procurement opportunities for startups. The session encouraged entrepreneurial thinking and startup formation among students.

Strengthened TSOM–IA’s linkage with StartupTN and positioned the institution as an active node within the regional startup ecosystem.

Objective of the Session
To provide hands-on exposure to advanced AI development tools and introduce students to emerging AI career pathways.

130 participants (70 internal students and 60 external participants).
Key Outcomes & Achievements
Participants received practical exposure to Agent Builder, Gemini, and Vertex AI platforms. The session increased student interest in AI-based careers and strengthened TSOM–IA’s association with the Google Developer ecosystem.

Enhanced technical skill orientation among students and reinforced TSOM–IA’s positioning in AI and emerging technology domains.

Objective of the Session
To introduce students to Firebase and AI development tools and lay the foundation for the flagship PenmAI initiative.

109 students from multiple colleges.
Key Outcomes & Achievements
Participants received hands-on training on Firebase and Gemini CLI. The workshop established a strong base for prototype app development and fostered a culture of AI-driven innovation among students.

Positioned TSOM–IA as a preparatory hub for large-scale AI skill development initiatives.

To empower women students and professionals with AI skills and promote inclusive participation in emerging technology domains.

2,055 physical participants with over 2,500 total enrolments.
Key Outcomes & Achievements
The workshop achieved an India-scale milestone in a Tier-2 city. Over 120 mentors trained by TSM supported participants. Google provided USD 5 worth of cloud credits to all app submissions. A large database of women innovators was created for future engagement.

Established TSOM–IA as a leader in women-centric technology and innovation initiatives at the regional and national level.

Madurai’s first Aerospace and Space Festival was conducted, generating significant public and media attention. Live drone demonstrations showcased applications in agriculture, defence, and logistics.
