    1. StartupTN Ideation Session

    Objective of the Session 
    To create awareness among students about government-supported startup opportunities, funding schemes, and structured mentoring support available through StartupTN. 

    Participants / Audience 
    150 students from Thiagarajar School of Management. 

    Key Outcomes & Achievements 
    Participants gained awareness of government funding opportunities such as TANSEED, mentoring support through MentorTN, and direct procurement opportunities for startups. The session encouraged entrepreneurial thinking and startup formation among students. 

    Institutional Impact 
    Strengthened TSOM–IA’s linkage with StartupTN and positioned the institution as an active node within the regional startup ecosystem. 

    2. ADK Masterclass

    Date: 26 July 2025

    Partners / Guests: Google Developer Community – Madurai 
    Resource Persons: Mr. Karthik Derasari (Google Developer Expert), Mr. Senthilkumar Murugesan (Founder & CEO, SaveMom) 

    Objective of the Session 
    To provide hands-on exposure to advanced AI development tools and introduce students to emerging AI career pathways. 

    Participants / Audience 
    130 participants (70 internal students and 60 external participants). 

    Key Outcomes & Achievements 
    Participants received practical exposure to Agent Builder, Gemini, and Vertex AI platforms. The session increased student interest in AI-based careers and strengthened TSOM–IA’s association with the Google Developer ecosystem. 

    Institutional Impact 
    Enhanced technical skill orientation among students and reinforced TSOM–IA’s positioning in AI and emerging technology domains. 

    3. PenmAI – Pre-Workshop 

    Date: 13 September 2025 
    Organised by: TSOM–Incubation Association 
    Partners / Guests: Google Developer Community 
    Resource Persons: Google Developer Experts (Firebase) and Code Vipassana Lead 

    Objective of the Session 
    To introduce students to Firebase and AI development tools and lay the foundation for the flagship PenmAI initiative. 

    Participants / Audience 
    109 students from multiple colleges. 

    Key Outcomes & Achievements 
    Participants received hands-on training on Firebase and Gemini CLI. The workshop established a strong base for prototype app development and fostered a culture of AI-driven innovation among students. 

    Institutional Impact 
    Positioned TSOM–IA as a preparatory hub for large-scale AI skill development initiatives. 

    4. PenmAI – Women AI Skill Development Workshop 

    Date: 26 September 2025 
    Organised by: TSOM–Incubation Association 
    Partners / Guests: TSOM, MRCAS, Google Developers, StartupTN 

    Objective of the Session 
    To empower women students and professionals with AI skills and promote inclusive participation in emerging technology domains. 

    Participants / Audience 
    2,055 physical participants with over 2,500 total enrolments. 

    Key Outcomes & Achievements 
    The workshop achieved an India-scale milestone in a Tier-2 city. Over 120 mentors trained by TSM supported participants. Google provided USD 5 worth of cloud credits to all app submissions. A large database of women innovators was created for future engagement. 

    Institutional Impact 
    Established TSOM–IA as a leader in women-centric technology and innovation initiatives at the regional and national level. 

    5. Auraa Aerospace Inauguration 

    Date: 29 September 2025 
    Organised by: TSOM–Incubation Association 
    Partners / Guests: Auraa Aerospace, ISRO Officials, Madurai Corporation, Indian Bank 

    Objective of the Session 
    To inaugurate Auraa Aerospace and promote aerospace and drone technology awareness in the region. 

    Participants / Audience 
    700+ participants including students, professionals, and the general public. 

    Key Outcomes & Achievements 
    Madurai’s first Aerospace and Space Festival was conducted, generating significant public and media attention. Live drone demonstrations showcased applications in agriculture, defence, and logistics. 

    Institutional Impact 
    Significantly enhanced TSOM–IA’s visibility and credibility in aerospace and advanced technology innovation. 

    6. IPR Awareness Session – “An Overview of Intellectual Property Rights” 

    Date: 19 December 2025 
    Organised by: TSOM–Incubation Association 
    Resource Person: Mr. Balasubramanian (Alumnus – 2004 Batch, TSM) 

    Objective of the Session 
    To create awareness on intellectual property rights and their importance for startups and innovators. 

    Participants / Audience 
    80+ students, faculty members, and startup representatives. 

    Key Outcomes & Achievements 
    Participants gained practical understanding of trademarks, patents, and brand protection through corporate examples. The session strengthened innovation and IP awareness within the startup community.

    Reinforced TSOM–IA’s focus on responsible innovation and intellectual asset management. 

    7. AI – Getting Started | An Introductory Session 

    Date: 31 January 2026

    Participants developed practical understanding of AI concepts including prompt engineering, modern AI tools, and real-world applications. The session enhanced readiness to explore AI-driven use cases.

    1. One Year Roadmap of Pre-Incubation Centres (PICs)

    Objective of the Program 
    To provide strategic clarity on the structure, governance, and operational roadmap of Pre-Incubation Centres across Tamil Nadu.

    The program enhanced understanding of PIC frameworks, best practices, and policy alignment. It enabled TSOM–IA to benchmark its pre-incubation model with state-level expectations.

    4. Tamil Nadu Global Startup Summit

    To gain insights into emerging startup trends, government initiatives, and national-level startup ecosystem developments.

    The summit facilitated interaction with startups, investors, incubators, and policymakers, enabling TSOM–IA to identify collaboration and partnership opportunities.

    7. Incubation Management Training Program

    To promote cultural awareness, community bonding, and appreciation of traditional values among students and stakeholders through the celebration of the Pongal festival.
