Prof. S. Krishna Kumar (KK) is a seasoned business leader and management consultant with over 35 years of comprehensive corporate experience across India and Southeast Asia. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (BHU), a Postgraduate qualification in Industrial Management from IIM Mumbai, and has completed the Advanced Management Program from IIM Lucknow.
He has held senior leadership positions in reputed organizations including the Murugappa Group, Rane Group, Escorts Ltd., and Bahwan Automotive Corporation (Muscat). His last corporate assignment was as CEO & Country Head of Metecno India Ltd., a multinational roofing solutions company with operations in over 15 countries.
As a Management Consultant, Mentor, and Corporate Trainer, KK supports organizations—particularly SMEs—in scaling efficiently and profitably through strategic focus on Business Strategy, Operations Management, Corporate Quality, and Product Development. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and CEO Coach, he has led numerous quality transformation initiatives and specializes in stakeholder management, leadership transitions, and team dynamics.
He is an active panelist with the Madras Management Association (MMA), a Chartered Member of TiE Chennai, and mentors multiple startups, including an aerospace venture at IIT Madras Research Park.
Prof. KK serves as a Visiting Faculty at IIT Madras and Great Lakes Institute of Management, and as Professor of Practice at Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai. He is also actively involved as Incubation Head at Thiagarajar School of Management Incubation Association (TSOM–IA), where he provides strategic direction and mentorship to emerging ventures.
His teaching areas include Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, and Sustainability.

Ms. Subha Padmanabha Raja – Incubation Manager
Ms. Subha Padmanabha Raja is a Double Postgraduate in computers and a seasoned academic and incubation professional with over a decade of comprehensive experience across startup incubation, CSR leadership, academic administration, corporate training, and technology management.
With a strong academics, she integrates strategic planning, administrative governance, and technology-enabled program execution. She was awarded a Gold Medal during her Post-Graduation and secured a Gold Medal in Badminton, exemplifying her commitment to excellence in both academic and co-curricular domains.
She is currently serving as Incubation Manager at Thiagarajar School of Management Incubation Association (TSOM–IA), where she leads incubation operations, supports early-stage ventures, facilitates institutional and industry collaborations, and strengthens structured governance frameworks within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
She previously served as CSR Head & Project Head at the Indian Association for the Blind, where she led impactful initiatives focused on empowering differently-abled individuals and rural youth. She actively drove corporate partnerships, oversaw project implementation, and ensured measurable social impact through structured CSR programs.
She also served as Technology Manager at the Technology Business Incubator, Thiagarajar College of Engineering, playing a pivotal role in supporting early-stage startups, facilitating business development strategies, and nurturing entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Her experience further includes leadership roles in academic administration as a Vice Principal, where she ensured quality delivery of the ICSE curriculum, strengthened academic planning processes, and facilitated faculty development initiatives to maintain high educational standards.
In addition, she has held corporate training positions with multinational organizations, where she specialized in process excellence and soft skills development, mentoring professionals, and managing client engagement frameworks. Her contributions significantly enhanced operational performance, strengthened stakeholder relationships, and elevated organizational capability through structured training interventions.
